Description
- This machine is a single-pressure automatic rotating, continuous tableting machine that compresses granular raw materials into various types of tablets.
- It is primarily used in the pharmaceutical industry for tablet production and is also suitable for use in the chemical, food, and electronics industries.
- The outer casing is fully enclosed, made of stainless steel, with the internal work surface also constructed from stainless steel. The rotating table surface undergoes special treatment to maintain surface lustre and prevent cross-contamination, meeting GMP requirements.
- The machine is equipped with transparent glass doors and windows, allowing clear observation of the tableting process. These doors and windows can be fully opened for easy internal cleaning and maintenance.
- All transmission mechanisms are housed inside the machine to keep components clean. The machine is fitted with an overload protection device that automatically shuts down the machine when pressure exceeds the limit. It is also equipped with an electromagnetic brake motor and other safety protection devices, enabling adjustment and operation during operation.
